Sunrise Bassmasters held the 21st annual YSB tournament on Sunday at Big Marine Lake. Anglers had a frontal system to contend with, which produced strong winds that shifted from a Southerly to a West/North Westerly direction. Ted Capra and Travis Petterson took home first place despite having their batteries go out at the start of the day. They were able to borrow an anchor from a friendly angler and were able to hold their boat on their fishing holes. Afterward, there was concessions top be had, and a raffle for door prizes to raise money for the Lakes Area Youth Service Bureau. Jeff Hoberg, of the Sportsmen Bassmasters club, was the lucky winner of the top raffle prize - A certificate for a custom sublimated tournament jersey from Gemini Sports Marketing, a $150 value! Sunrise Bassmasters would like to thank the Vet's Camp for hosting our weigh-in, and all the generous people and companies who donated raffle items and their time to make this possible. | Boat | Team | Fish | Weight (lbs) | Big Bass | | 1 | Ted Capra / Travis Petterson | 5 | 15.33 | 3.87 | | 2 | Shane Martin / Jack Martin | 5 | 14.91 | 3.51 | | 3 | Jamie Lebakken / Dave Klamme | 5 | 9.06 | - | | 4 | Brian Bourdeaux / Ryan Rosenmeyer | 5 | 9.05 | - | | 5 | Scott Simms / Art Simms | 5 | 8.34 | - | Big Bass

Nick Wilson officially wins the Sunrise Bassmasters AOY title.
He won 4 out of 7 events, and amassed a new club record of 92.80 lbs! Does he have enough room on his walls for all those plaques!?
Nick also moved up 9 spots from last year and wins the Horizon Award for most improved.
